The World’s First Bitcoin Investment Fund with Insured Protection
Falcon Global Capital, L.P. (the “Fund”) will invest solely in bitcoins. The Fund will be accessible to accredited investors only. The main investment objective of the Fund is simple: provide investors with an easy entry and exit point in the exciting and fast growing Bitcoin market while having their investment secured in its insured Bitcoin vault.
Falcon Global Capital LLC, the general partner and manager of the Fund (the “Manager”), envisions Bitcoin as a disruptive force in the way it is stored, transferred and regulated around the globe. The Fund will acquire large amounts of bitcoins starting with $25,000 (the minimum investment amount) to $10,000,000. However, bitcoins are notoriously challenging to acquire and even more challenging to protect. The Manager will facilitate investors’ exposure to bitcoins by purchasing and storing bitcoins on their behalf. To protect against theft, the biggest challenge within the Bitcoin industry, the purchased bitcoins will be stored in an industry-leading secure digital vault that is fully insured against digital theft.
